Arnica & Comfrey is a targeted recovery balm for sore muscles, bruising, and deeper tissue discomfort. Arnica is one of nature’s most well-known allies for supporting the body after bumps, bruises, and overuse. Paired with comfrey — long called the “bone knit” herb — this balm works where your skin and body need it most.
