California Poppy (3) - traditionally used to help calm racing thoughts and allow the mind and body to relax. Although this is a poppy, it does not contain any opium like the opium poppy, and has. O addictive qualities.
Calm & Rest (3) - a blend of California Poppy and Passionflower, it is used to help you calm your min and body and enter into a good nights sleep.
Goldenrod (2) - traditionally used to help alleviate seasonal allergy symptoms.
