Vanilla paste is a super versatile ingredient, plus, you get all that gorgeous vanilla caviar showcased in your creations.
It can be used in place of extract, or in addition to it for a deeper, richer vanilla flavor. At home in both sweet and savory dishes, paste is also delicious right off the spoon! If replacing extract, use a 1:1 ration - but really, measure it with your heart ♥️
Some ideas for using it in savory dishes: put it on salmon, in baked beans, pulled pork, mixed with BBQ sauce, in a spice rub, etc.
In sweet dishes, use it anywhere you’d use regular extract. It’s also incredible in coffee and tea.
Ingredients: organic cane sugar, vodka, filtered water, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, non-gmo organic corn syrup*, xanthan gum (*note: this is not the high fructose corn syrup that we want to avoid!)
